Salary: £13.29 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 Hours per Week)
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights | Rota Basis

About the Service

You will support adults aged 18+ with a range of needs, including:

• Learning Disabilities
• Autism
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Bipolar Disorder
• Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Schizophrenia
• Trauma-related Needs
• Self-Harming Behaviours

What Will You Be Doing?

No two days are ever the same. You will support people to:

• Maintain their personal care and wellbeing
• Develop cooking and meal preparation skills
• Build confidence and independence in everyday living
• Manage household tasks and maintain their home environment
• Access community activities, education, leisure, and employment opportunities
• Achieve personal goals and aspirations
• Develop social skills and meaningful relationships
• Participate actively in daily decision-making
• Manage challenges using trauma-informed approaches
• Promote positive outcomes through Positive Behaviour Support
• Build trusting relationships based on dignity, respect, and choice

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech)

Drivers are preferred but not essential.
