Support Worker: Flexible Shifts & Career Growth

Discovery in Bridgwater is hiring to support six individuals with a range of needs, from learning disabilities to mobility support. You’ll assist with medication, GP appointments, meal prep and healthy living, with activities from gym visits to social events. Various shifts available, including early, late and sleep-ins.

A full manual driving licence is essential. Experience isn’t essential—compassion, patience, and a willingness to get involved are valued.
