Support Worker – Learning Disabilities, Bath (Flexible Shifts)

Milestones Trust in Bath is seeking a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities lead more independent lives. The role involves a mix of core support, 1-1 community work, and assisting with daily tasks.

You will work shifts including days, sleep-ins and waking nights, with shadowing and comprehensive training provided. A person-centred approach and good communication are essential to empower service users.
