Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, daily living tasks, and household management, respecting their autonomy.
• Support clients to engage in community activities, hobbies, and social opportunities.

• Implement and follow individual support plans, ensuring client needs and goals are met.
• Promote positive behaviour support strategies and manage challenging behaviours empathetically.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and potentially sleep-in shifts.
