Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
• Assist with personal care, medication management, household tasks, and community integration activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
• Implement and review individual support plans, ensuring they are person-centred and effective.

Requirements
