We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in a supported living environment.About the RoleYou will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing. xwwtmva Duties may include:Supporting individuals with daily living tasksAssisting with personal care (where required)Encouraging engagement in activities and community participationPromoting independence and positive outcomesWorking as part of a supportive, professional teamYou will work as part of a rota which may include long days, sleeps and/or waking nights.
