Support Worker - Mental Health & Community Living (Ad Hoc)

Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support workers to support clients in the Warminster area. An Agency Support Worker role involves supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties and mental health needs across adult health or social care settings.

Shifts vary , with potential sleep-in shifts. You'll work to a person-centred plan, help maintain independence and promote safety in the community, with induction and refresher training provided and on-call support
