Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, medication management (where applicable), and personal care as needed.

- Encourage and support individuals to engage in community activities, hobbies, and social networks.

Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health issues is highly desirable.
- Understanding of common mental health conditions, recovery principles, and safeguarding.
