Support Worker – Part Time – Perrancoombe

We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and work within care home settings.

Requirements:

• * ? Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
• * ? DBS registered on the Updated Service
• * ? Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate
• * ? Right to Work in the UK
• * ? Good communication and interpersonal skills
• * ? Reliable, caring and professional attitude
• * ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• * Supporting service users with their daily needs
• * Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• * Providing personal care and emotional support where required
• * Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
• * Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
