Support Worker – Sleep-In & Flexible Shifts (Newbury)

Dimensions in Newbury is hiring a Female Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care and daily living support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. The role includes medication administration, meal prep, and promoting independence in a respite setting.

The shift patterns cover 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, and sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in). Full UK driving licence required; no prior experience needed, full training provided.
