Hourly rate: £13.10 per hour*

Hours per week: Part time - 27 hours (3 Waking Nights)

Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Who will I support?

We are looking for someone to join our team working nights at our home in St Leonards, East Sussex, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs support. You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, whether its because they like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. Or they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.

People may need support with areas of their personal care and well-being, support to take medication or help getting around.

Waking Nights run form 10pm - 7am. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including some weekends. You will need to be able to attend training and meetings during the day as required.

Working Hours and Schedule

*Pay rate of £13.10 is effective as of 26th October 2026. Current rate £13.00
