Job Description
We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and work within care home settings.
Requirements:
* ✅ Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
* ✅ DBS registered on the Updated Service
* ✅ Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate
* ✅ Right to Work in the UK
* ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
* ✅ Reliable, caring and professional attitude
* ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting service users with their daily needs
* Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
* Providing personal care and emotional support where required
* Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
* Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
