- Experienced Support Workers
- Care Assistants with transferable experience

THE ROLE
As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping the people you support live as independently and confidently as possible.
Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Promoting independence and choice
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Following individual care and support plansMaintaining accurate records
- Working alongside colleagues and other professionals
- Ensuring the people you support are treated with dignity, respect and compassion
