Wonderstaff is looking for reliable and experienced Support Workers to provide patient-centred care to service users in nursing and residential homes. To join our team, you need to have a caring and compassionate nature and already have some experience in the HealthCare field.

Job Description

Main Duties may include;

• To enable and assist service users to maintain as much autonomy and independence as possible.
• To assist service users with personal care needs and requirements.
• To assist service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities.
• Serving food and assisting service users to take diet and fluids.
• Empathy and sensitivity to service users' needs and concerns.
• To maintain records of daily activities.
• To assist with all domestic tasks within the care home.
• Good health and fitness.
• Willingness to be flexible.

• Good observational skills.
• Team working skills.
• Organization skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to adapt well in a busy environment
• Apt time management

What We Require Of You

• 2 satisfactory references.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
• Caring nature, empathy, and sensitivity to service user's needs and concerns.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the Healthcare Sector

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: £13.00 - £26.00 per hour
