Support Workers Needed – Crewe (CW1)
Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our service in Crewe (CW1) on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals with Autism and mental health needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking for reliable, compassionate individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people.
Key Requirements
Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive
Experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to prepare traditional English meals
Full-time availability, including weekends, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts
Candidates requiring sponsorship must have at least
9 months remaining on their visa
Local candidates from the Crewe (CW1) area are preferred
Must Have Practical Moving and Handling certificate
DBS must be child and Adult enhanced and on the update service
Shift Pattern
Typical shifts between 07:00 – 22:00
Waking nights and sleep-in shifts may also be required
including weekends
