Support worker

We are seeking a Support Worker with experience in mental health to join our team and support individuals with complex mental health needs, including PTSD, trauma-related difficulties, dissociation, challenging behaviour and eating disorders.

This role involves delivering person-centred, recovery-focused and trauma-informed support that promotes recovery, stability, emotional wellbeing and independence.

You will work in line with individual care and support plans, risk assessments and agreed ways of working while building consistent and trusting professional relationships.
