What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
• Promoting independence and empowering individuals to make their own choices
• Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment
• Supporting service users to access community and social activities
• Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and well-being standards
• Building strong, positive relationships and maintaining accurate care records

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Training in Autism Awareness and/or Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) preferred

Additional Information

• A full enhanced DBS check is required (we will support you with this)
• Must provide 3 years of references
• Attendance at a 3-day paid induction and a competency-based interview is required
