Support Worker

We are working in partnership with a provider of Adult's services and have a permanent opportunity for a Support Worker based in Whitchurch or Ruckley. If successful, you will be working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and some challenges in their behaviours. This is an opportunity to join a supportive employer with genuine opportunities to progress.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with additional sleep ins.

Responsibilities

• Support our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Support our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
• Support the management of our people's finances.
• Keep our people's home clean and fresh, and go shopping.
• Provide, and encourage, personal care.
