Care Assistant

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double‑time compensation for public holiday work.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Bognor area, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance (community‑based role)
• Right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills

Training and Development

No experience needed – full training provided! We welcome applicants from all sectors, including retail, customer service, hospitality, administration and delivery.
