Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join Sunderland Care and Support. These are temporary contracts for 3-6 months working on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
* Promote independence, choice, dignity and respect in all aspects of care.
* Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care where required, and community engagement.
* Build positive relationships with service users, their families and colleagues.
* Encourage individuals to develop confidence, independence and life skills.
* Maintain accurate records and report any concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
About You
* Previous experience in a support worker or care role
* A caring and person-centred approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
