Job Description
Support Worker – Full Time (37.5 hours)
Shift Patterns: 7:00–14:30, 14:30–21:30 + 1 sleep-in per week and a lternate weekends required
FULL UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role

About the Role
You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming home — a large, accessible bungalow shared by five adults (3 men, 2 women). Each person has their own bedroom and their own personality, routines, and joys.
You’ll be supporting people who:
- Use wheelchairs and requirehoisting
- Have different communication styles and some people who do not use words to communicate
- Enjoy music , day services , trips to the café , and the occasional visit to the pub
This is meaningful, hands‑on support where you’ll help people live full, joyful, and connected lives.

- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Use hoists and support mobility needs
- Encourage independence and choice
- Support people to enjoy their favourite activities
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive home environment
