Job Description
To provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or other support needs. The Support Worker will promote independence, dignity, choice, inclusion, and wellbeing while ensuring the safety and welfare of service users in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation
