Support Worker

Part time support worker. Assisting and supporting a 52 year old gentleman. Who is fully dependant on his wheelchair in his home that he shares with his parents. The role involves enabling the gentleman to access the local community, including shopping, days out and any other activities that help him to enjoy an active and enjoyable lifestyle. Some personal care will be involved, but full training and guidance will be given by parents and other members of the team.
