Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans to engage with the charity's diverse supporter base.

• Manage the supporter database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and segmentation for targeted communications.
• Coordinate supporter events, stewardship activities, and recognition initiatives.
• Respond to supporter enquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Analyse supporter data to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement and retention.

  Requirements
• Experience in communications, marketing, administration, or supporter care, preferably within the charity sector.
