Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage, retain, and grow the supporter base.
• Communicate regularly with donors and volunteers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Organise and support small-scale supporter events and stewardship activities.
• Acknowledge donations and thank supporters in a timely and meaningful manner.
• Gather feedback from supporters to inform engagement strategies.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and update database information.
• Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service , relationship management, sales, or fundraising support roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM databases is advantageous.
