Role Summary
As a Surveying and Disrepair Manager you will taking ownership of our response to Awaab's Law, disrepair, damp and mould, and resident safety. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing surveying service that places residents at the heart of everything we do. You will play a critical role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, driving service excellence, and influencing strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, you will help shape and improve services while developing a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and exceptional resident outcomes.
Salary: £60,940
Hours of work: 35 per week
Probation Period: 6 Months
Notice Period: 1 Month
