Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
Location: Birmingham
A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is searching for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their team in Birmingham.

THE ROLE
As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of client sites throughout Birmingham and the surrounding region.
Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor Analyst will deliver high-quality surveying and analytical services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264
- Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248
- Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
- Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties
- Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple client sites
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (essential)
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
- Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation
- Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
