TSA Surveying is looking for an experienced Surveyor Manager to lead and support a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support surveyors across multiple projects Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards Conduct reviews, mentoring, and training sessions Set and manage team objectives and KPIs Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new surveyors Work with internal teams to ensure projects are properly resourced Drive continuous improvements in processes and service deliveryRequirements

Strong building surveying background Previous experience managing teams and performance Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience within social housing, building surveying, stock condition, energy assessment or Retrofit Ability to mentor and develop surveyors at all levels Proactive and organised approach to problem solving Full UK driving licenceThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveying professional looking to take ownership of a team and play a key role in driving growth and performance
