We are looking for a Sushi Chef Manager with minimum 35 hours per week.

Job Overview

Opportunity to work in an exciting environment with ethically sourced products and produce quality sushi. You will manage a kitchen kiosk, lead a team, and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene. Pay is up to £13.61 to £20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sell fresh sushi products to company standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team.
• Manage stock, waste, and daily operations.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers, clients and staff.
• Be organized and maintain audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days.

• Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations and ability to follow brand standards.
• Reliable transportation for commute to work, early in the morning.
• Skill in multitasking and forward planning.
