Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental certifications and standards (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with a specialization in sustainable design.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing sustainability strategies in architectural projects.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental building standards, certifications, and technologies.
• Proficiency in sustainability assessment tools and energy modeling software.
• Familiarity with UK environmental legislation and building regulations concerning sustainability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills to promote sustainable solutions.
