About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for architectural projects.
• Conduct energy analysis and environmental performance simulations.
• Advise on the selection of sustainable materials and technologies.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant environmental certifications and regulations (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to champion sustainable design initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in sustainable architecture and construction.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a demonstrated focus on Sustainability and environmental design.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and sustainability assessment tools.
• Strong understanding of green building principles, life cycle assessment, and renewable energy systems.
• Experience with BREEAM or other green building certification schemes.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
