Sustainability Engagement Lead

Santander UK is seeking a Sustainability Manager – Engagement based in Milton Keynes to lead internal sustainability communications and engagement.

You will develop and deliver engagement activities, build the Sustainability Connect network, and partner with global teams to align with UK priorities and governance. This role requires strong written and verbal communications, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate sustainability into practical actions for colleagues across the bank.
