About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies and guidelines for all projects.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend strategies for energy efficiency and resource conservation.
• Research and specify environmentally friendly materials and construction techniques.
• Advise project teams on best practices for achieving high levels of sustainability and certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in sustainable architecture and advocate for their adoption.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with demonstrable experience in sustainable design and construction.
• Knowledge of environmental assessment methods and sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED, Passivhaus).
• Proficiency in relevant software for energy modeling and environmental analysis.
• A passion for environmental stewardship and innovative green building solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence design decisions across multiple projects.
