Swimming Programs Lead & Team Coordinator

Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking a Swimming Coordinator in Milton Keynes on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours per week). The role leads a team of Swimming Teachers and grows the swimming lessons programme to meet community needs.

You will monitor performance, maintain high-quality lessons, build partnerships with schools, and support marketing efforts while ensuring excellent customer service.
