Job Description
Location : Folkestone (you will need to drive and have your own transport due to location)
Hours : Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays!
The role:
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and effective operation of the company's IT systems. The role will predominantly focus on providing day‑to‑day IT support, ensuring that internal systems are maintained and that colleagues across the business can use them with ease.

Key responsibilities would be:
- Performing IT admin tasks on clients, servers and infrastructure
- Commission new users, including their computers and getting them set up
- Troubleshooting issues with end users and infrastructure components
- Participate in the research and development of new systems
- Generate documentation for existing and new systems across the company
- Provide support for end users across the business
- Assess issues and proactively suggest and implement corrections
- Recommend purchases available to enhance the IT department and business
- Develop and implement solutions, using C# and .NET
- Produce reports from SQL
Experience and skills required:
- Knowledge of MS systems such as Office, 365, Active Directory and Windows (10/11)
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- IT Support - Software/Windows installation and troubleshooting
- Network Management - cabling, firewalls, VLANS and routing and wireless
- Server Management - VMWare, Windows and virtualisation
- Programming - ideally C#, .NET and ASP WebForms/WinForms
- Database - SQL server, data interrogation and reporting
- Job Management - ticketing systems
