Talent Acquisition Business Partner | 12-Month Contract | West Burton
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a growing and complex organisation on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional to play a key role in attracting specialist talent, partnering with stakeholders and delivering effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.
The Role
Location: West Burton - Hybrid, 3 days per week on site
Contract: 12 months
Rate: £250-£350 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategies.
- Source candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles using a range of direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Provide advice on recruitment best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to provide insights, reporting and recommendations.
- Support improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes and the overall candidate experience.
- Contribute to EVP, employer branding, workforce planning and large-scale recruitment campaigns where required.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, alongside significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
- A proven track record of sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DE&I principles.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective talent pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruitment data and analytics to generate insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
Experience within any of the following environments would be advantageous:
- Government or public sector
- Energy
- Engineering
- Scientific organisations
- Highly regulated environments
Experience in EVP and employer branding, onboarding and retention, workforce planning or large-scale recruitment campaigns would also be beneficial.
