Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter for a 6-month FTC with an immediate start. You will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world, joining their internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume recruitment for their warehouses across the UK

You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process to be successful in your application. This will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running and make a positive impact immediately

Skills / Experience Required:-

• Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience - industrial / warehouse
• Proven experience recruiting / resourcing on high-volume contracts is essential
• A background managing 'on-site' contracts, RPO / MSPs, high volume national accounts etc would be preferred
• Full understanding and ability to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process - candidate attraction, screening / interviewing, RTW checks, interviews/inductions, onboarding etc
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential)
• Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers

Pay / Hours / Location:-

6 month FTC: Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator

£34,500 (pro-rata)

Full Time Monday to Friday

Hybrid role, office location Smethwick
