You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying promising candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Execute comprehensive talent searches utilizing multiple channels, including professional networks and databases.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs and company culture.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for various roles and industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technology platforms.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
