Talent Acquisition Specialist London - 3 days per week Permanent £50K - £55K

Financial Services Client is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing international organisation and support hiring across the UK & Ireland.

This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• 3-6 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
• Strong experience recruiting Technology or Data and Analytics professionals
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different geographies
• Confident sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and AI tools
• Strong ATS, recruitment reporting and data analysis skills
• Experience managing recruitment agencies / PSLs
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment
