About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding Human Resources department based in Manchester . This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and be passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to source candidates.
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
