Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with experience in the Bradford area beneficial.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
