Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successful hires.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
