Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates across various roles and industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with UK recruitment practices and employment legislation.
