About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting their UK-wide operations and talent needs, including for their hub in Derby . This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to fuel the company's growth and success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to closing offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and building a strong talent pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated recruiter to operate autonomously in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organisation, supporting hiring managers remotely.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates through various channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a track record of successful hiring.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
