Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organisation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key hiring metrics.

  Requirements
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and various sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Experience working in a hybrid model in Bristol is beneficial.
