About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting their hiring needs across Scotland. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organisation's strategic workforce planning objectives. This role demands a creative and effective approach to recruitment, utilising a variety of channels to identify and secure the best candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, all within a flexible, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in attracting and hiring talent across various professional levels and functions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
