Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expertise and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities to build a diverse workforce.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in using recruitment software, ATS platforms, and social media for sourcing.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
