Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
