About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team, remotely based with a focus on supporting operations in Manchester . This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruitment plans.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interview panels.
• Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience in developing employer branding initiatives is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
