Our client is seeking a driven and meticulous Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Manchester . You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring the company secures the best candidates to meet its strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build talent pipelines for current and future needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the UK job market and relevant recruitment legislation.
